The demand for high quality, high precision, and durable weighing compoennts applies to any industrial application.

Our customers often say, "...it's not the initial price that matters, it's the cost of ownership."  When considering the cost of machine/process downtime as well as assets required to repair and replace faulty systems, Next Systems' offes a clear advantage.

When it comes to vessel weighing, our load cells and mounting assemblies are designed to ensure our customers' get the best value for their purchase.  Next Systems Inc. works with; and develops technology designed to improve performance of your weigh system and ensure trouble-free operation for years and years after the initial investment.

Load Cells :: Next Systems Inc

Compression Weighing

Next offers compression weighing load cells and assmeblies ranging in capacity from 10 lb. up to 500,000 lb. per point.  Our load cells are designed to meet or exceed the governments legal-for-trade standards.

Often neglected is the load introduction to the load cell.  The way the force is introduced to the load cell will ultimately dictate the performance of the system.  You could start with the best load cell characteristics available but if you choose the wrong load introduction the performance suffers.  This is why the correct mounting assembly for the application is so critical.  We maximize the performance of the load cell by using our unique and sometimes patented mounting assemblies.

Tension Weighing Assemblies

Tension load cells are availabe in capacities from 10 lb. up to 50,000 lb.

Our tension load cell assemblies are excellent for bin and hopper weighing.  In fact, tension weighing is always preferred to compression weighing (from a performance standpoint) becasue it is impossible to pull in a crooked line.  This means, with tension weighing, the force is typically in perfect alignment with the axis of the load cell which translates into better performance.

These weigh assemblies are offered in plated tool steel or in stainless steel, hermetically sealed designs.
